Repair by Nature was founded on a simple principle: successful medical cannabis facilities require cultivation, engineering, quality systems and commercial operations to work together. Our experience spans the full project lifecycle, from facility design and commissioning through cultivation, processing, GACP, EU GMP implementation and ongoing commercial operations. This allows us to approach projects from both a technical and operational perspective, developing solutions that are practical to implement and sustainable in day-to-day production. Mark Mains-Sheard
Co-Founder & Principal Consultant
Mark specialises in commercial cannabis cultivation, production management and regulatory compliance. His experience spans cultivation strategy, facility operations, crop optimisation, GACP implementation and pharmaceutical quality systems. Having worked across the full production lifecycle, Mark combines hands-on cultivation experience with quality and compliance requirements to develop production systems that are practical, consistent and commercially effective.
William Geyer
Co-Founder & Principal Consultant
William specialises in medical cannabis facility development, project management and operational strategy. His experience spans facility design, project planning, construction oversight, commissioning, qualification and the transition from facility development into commercial operations. His practical approach focuses on developing facilities that are efficient, scalable and operationally practical while meeting the technical and regulatory requirements of pharmaceutical cannabis production.
